Tonia Hale has been a member of City Council since November 2020. She is a lifelong member of White County and has worked in EMS in Searcy for 26 years. Tonia is currently the director of operations at NorthStar EMS and a member of Searcy Rotary and the Arkansas EMT Association. She and her husband Norman Hale have two children and her family is a member of College Church of Christ. In the fall and Christmas season, Tonia can be found hosting "Hale's Light Show" to celebrate the holidays with the community.
