City of Searcy, Arkansas (Harding University and Harding Place) Public Educational and Residential Housing Facilities Board will meet on July 22 at 1:30 pm in the President’s Conference Room on the campus of Harding University. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a resolution for bonds for the benefit of Harding Place.
