We’re looking for a patrol officer to join our team! Must meet minimum standards as described by Law Enforcement Standards (see below link) https://www.dps.arkansas.gov/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/1002.docx

  • Base salary is $37,814

  • Salary with Holiday pay (Holiday Check paid in December) is $39,559

  • Certificate pay after 3 years

  • Paid medical/dental/eye insurance for employee

  • Retirement plan

  • Paid vacation after 1 year (120 hrs)
    12 hr shifts

Dispatcher

We are looking to add a qualified candidate to our outstanding team of Communications/911 Dispatchers.
Benefits include: $14.52 an hour, paid medical/dental/eye insurance for employee, retirement plan, paid vacation after 1 year (120 hrs), & annual holiday pay.

The following are minimum qualifications:

  • 21 years of age (preferred)

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to multitask under pressure

  • Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, & Holidays

  • Good public communication skills

  • Pass a criminal/character background investigation
