Help Name Searcy’s New Community Center

Searcy is building something special—and we want your voice to be part of it.
As one of the signature projects approved through the #MySearcy efforts, the new Community Center will be a place for connection, activity, and shared experiences for generations to come. Now, we’re inviting the community to help shape its identity by submitting name ideas for this exciting new facility.
About the Community Center
The new Community Center is designed to serve residents of all ages and interests, featuring:
Multi-purpose courts and fitness spaces
Community gathering and event rooms
Programs for youth, adults, and seniors
Flexible spaces for recreation, wellness, and learning
Easy access to outdoor amenities and trails
A bike ramp that goes through the building
This will be a place where families gather, teams compete, neighbors connect, and the community comes together.
How to Submit a Name
We’re asking for more than just a name—we want to understand the why behind it.
When submitting your idea, please include:
Your proposed name
The strategy or meaning behind it
(What does it represent? How does it reflect Searcy’s values, history, or future?)
Submissions will be reviewed by a committee of local communication experts and a recommendation will be submitted to the City Council for approval.
This is your opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a project that will serve Searcy for decades to come.
