My name is Eric Fleming and I am 26 years old. I was born and raised in Searcy and graduated in 1997. I have worked in Law Enforcement since 1998, and was certified by the Arkansas Law Enforcement Academy in 2000. While in law enforcement, I have had the opportunity to obtain specialized training in such fields as Hostage Negotiations, for which I spent a week training with the FBI Field Training Officer. I have had the chance to attend many other criminal classes. I began working with the Searcy Police Department in May of 2003. I really enjoy working with the Searcy Police Department, and I have wanted to work here since I was 5 years old, when my Father picked me up from kindergarten in his Searcy Police Uniform. I have always enjoyed helping people and hope to have a long career with the Searcy Police Department.
