My name is Bobby O'Brien . I am a Lieutenant with the Searcy Police Department. I am currently assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division. I started my career with the Searcy Police Department in June of 1992, with the Patrol Division. I attended the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in Oct-Dec. of 1992, serving as Class Leader. In February of 1993, I was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division as a Detective. I worked in this position until I was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 1999. I then served as a Shift Sergeant in the Patrol Division until March of 2004, when I was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
