My name is Mike McNeill , and I have been in law enforcement for eight years. I have worked at the Searcy Police Department since January of 2002. Before coming to Searcy, I worked at the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department and the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Department. I also worked for the U.S. Marshall’s office in Little Rock. I have worked in several different Divisions of the Searcy Police Department, such as: Support Services, Criminal Investigation, and currently I am in the Patrol Division. I have attended a variety of job related classes to improve my knowledge in the field of Law Enforcement.
