To obtain a copy of a Motor Vehicle Accident Report, please provide the following information:
- Names of drivers involved;
- Report number;
- Date of accident;
- Location of accident;
- $3.00 fee;
- Self-addressed, stamped envelope (for requests by mail).
To obtain a copy of an Incident Report, please provide the following information:
- Name of party involved;
- Report number;
- Where incident occurred;
- Date of incident;
- $1.00 fee;
- Self-addressed, stamped envelope (for requests by mail).
All parties involved in both Incidents and Accidents should receive a Report Request form with all the above information on it. If you would provide the above information on your requests, this will expedite the process.
WHEN PAYING FINES OR TICKETS:
- Have the Name on the Account or Ticket # that you are paying.
- Money Orders or Cashiers Check ONLY
- ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS (They will be returned).
- If you would like a receipt, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
