To obtain a copy of a Motor Vehicle Accident Report, please provide the following information:

  • Names of drivers involved;
  • Report number;
  • Date of accident;
  • Location of accident;
  • $3.00 fee;
  • Self-addressed, stamped envelope (for requests by mail).

To obtain a copy of an Incident Report, please provide the following information:

  • Name of party involved;
  • Report number;
  • Where incident occurred;
  • Date of incident;
  • $1.00 fee;
  • Self-addressed, stamped envelope (for requests by mail).

All parties involved in both Incidents and Accidents should receive a Report Request form with all the above information on it. If you would provide the above information on your requests, this will expedite the process.

WHEN PAYING FINES OR TICKETS:

  • Have the Name on the Account or Ticket # that you are paying.
  • Money Orders or Cashiers Check ONLY
  • ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS (They will be returned).
  • If you would like a receipt, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
