The information is made available for the purpose of providing the public information concerning Level 3 (High Risk) and Level 4 (Sexually Violent Predators) Registered Sex Offenders who may reside in your area. Anyone who uses the information to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to criminal prosecution.
Due to the sensitive nature of this information, activity on the Sex Offender Directory website is monitored. Any user must agree to these conditions in order to enter the site.
HOW TO INSTRUCTIONS: Go to the www.acic.org webpage. Click on the “Sex Offender Regsitry ” tab at the top left of the screen. The Directory Use Agreement will appear on the screen. All users must click “I Agree” in order to proceed. When you click “I Agree,” the search form will appear. Leave all fields blank except “City” where you may type “Searcy,” and then click the “Search” button at the bottom of the screen. Then the search results will appear listing all Level 3 and Level 4 Registered Sex Offenders residing in Searcy, Arkansas. You may click on the name of each offender to view a “details” screen which also provides a photo of the offender if available.
There are 84 registered sex offenders in our area (either living or working within the city limits) that the Searcy Police Department is currently dealing with and monitoring on a regular basis. Personal information and photo of offenders may be released to the public, after they have been formally evaluated and deemed a Risk Level 3 (High Risk) or Risk Level 4 (Sexually Violent Predator).
