Hours of operation:

Monday Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 9:00 am-8:00 pm.
Wednesday: 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
Sunday-Closed

    Located at 801 S. Elm, the Carmichael Community Center is the home of the Searcy Parks and Recreation offices.  The facility offers meeting rooms, kitchen, gym, 1000 seat Amphitheater, playground, picnic tables, and ball field.

Basketball -- Free Play is open in the gym each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00-3:00 pm. A Carmichael Community Center I.D. is required, available at the front office.

Walking -- Walk in the gym each Monday-Friday 7:00 am-8:00 am and 11:00 am-Noon.

Road Test

Tuesday - begins @ 1:00 p.m.

Thursday - begins @ 1:00 p.m.

(You must be here by 12:55 p.m. to take the road test. Testing begins promptly @ 1:00 p.m.)
No C.D.L. testing on Thursday, endorsements only.

What do I bring:

Written Test:

- Birth Certificate

- Parent or Legal Guardian

- Form from school stating you have a "C" average or better. (Not a report card)

Road Test:

- Permit

- Proof of Insurance

- Vehicle Registration

The D.L. Test is administered by Arkansas State Police. The Carmichael Center only provides space for testing. Questions should be directed to the numbers listed below.
